Seth Amazon was great about this expedition, the first free and it arrived two days after ordering! Product came well packaged and protected, and decent build quality at first sight. Leather, leather / imitation may seem a little 'fragile but not a big deal. My questions are: # 1 - the president is sitting on the stems should be screwed to the base. This is the only assembly required, which is wonderful, but ... the nuts were screwed so tight, I damaged the Allen key (bad) that came with trying to remove them. Had to run to the hardware store for some WD30 and a new key to getting this thing together. A nuisance that could have been avoided so easily! # 2 - having finally found the screws out and ready to attack the stems at the base, it was discovered that the auction was the largest gap between the corresponding flanges on the base (~ 1 / 4 "). I had to negotiate an end in place to work .. I wonder if this was $ 370 (+ $ 15 in accessories) and was ... In addition, the original run ~ $ 3000. About the President - I am reasonably happy ... This is a great chair with a few qualifications. JJ This is a great chair, at the best price out there! I'm a little person "soft", but still fit in it as the size is a little more generous in length and width than other models out there. It is also comfortable fit every curve of your body in the right place with the elastic support for the platform to provide an extra level of cushiness. The picture is evenly over the base, holes or irregularities. Assembly was easy, the hardest part to remove all packaging. When completed, meaning that installation of just loosening the screws of the two supporting rods and when they are connected to the frame I had a problem with a screw that was too hard, but managed to release it after a few minutes replacement. There is no evidence, but they are not needed. The only problem I have with the chair in action. As others have said, I removed the pink foam from the head cushion because it's too big and heavy. I replaced it with a rolled up old sheets and pillow for softness and malleability to give. I also anchored the cushion further down in the seat to fit my throat. It is adjustable and can be attached anywhere on the frame. The chair must be adjustable by raising and lowering of the slope of the frame on the base, but as others have said, sliding down and will not remain upright when the seat. I solved this by taking an old bracelet black leather bag and just tie the end of the frame to the base to keep the chair upright, although difficult, can I change the length of the handle to tilt to adjust. I like the chair in its most upright position, so it's no problem because I do not see it very fitting. This is not a chair for those who want to do sit up, however, as in the highest position, you're not down. I think it is very normal laptop for work, reading and watching TV, however. The only big problem I have with the president, I see that the support strips to be replaced at some point, especially in the ass, as are those that stretches more when you sit. While all you need to do is pull the metal clips that the handles on the table is very easy, I'm not happy with the lack of information on where to buy replacements. Baxton I checked the site, but see no replacements available, is a presumption of a place to buy them somewhere. All in all, this is a great research, a surprisingly comfortable chair at a great price with a few usable.
